Peter von Bagh sadly passed away on the 17th September 2014, leaving the cinematic world a much lonelier and emptier place.

It is still hard to find the words to express exactly how I feel, even as I type this some two months later. The impact he had on my life was immense and will always remain with me. He was both my mentor and my friend.
